Our Vision is to honor our mission, the Lakeside Legacy Foundation will foster an innovative, world-class arts education destination that enriches the quality of life in our community.

Our objective at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park is to have art enrich lives in McHenry County with an emphasis on youth and seniors, by providing high-caliber arts experiences that promote creativity, bring people together, inspire success and impart positive values.

Lakeside Legacy Foundation at the Historic Dole Mansion is where art meets history and the arts come alive! Located on the beautiful shores of Crystal Lake, we are home to galleries, a culinary studio, visual and performaing artists studios, community events and programs, First Friday Gallery nights, Lakeside Festival over the 4th of July weekend, Run and Roll of the Dole, Death at the Dole Murdery Mystery Dinner Theater, Christmas at the Dole, and we are a premier event rental venue for meetings, private events, and weddings.
