We are a Husband & Wife team who run a Family Based academy where parents & their kids get to train together in every class!

We provide Birthday Parties, Self Protection workshops for all ages, as well as Stranger Saftey and Verbal Judo stratagies for all organizations.

Hours:

Monday: 9 am - 9 pm
Tuesday: 9 am - 9 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 9 pm
Thursday: 9 am - 9 pm
Friday: 12 Noon - 9 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am till 5:00 pm
Sunday: Closed for Special Events
