We are a nutrition club that teaches proper eating habits and to help individuals to meet their weight goals whether that is to lose, gain or maintain their weight. We also provide people to come in and enjoy one of our 56 flavors of shakes or smoothies. You can stay and use the Wi-fi or take it to go!
