10 Ways To Have Fun with Your Boyfriend...

If You Decide To Go Out!

A Turkish Proverb that says: No road is long with good company. When you are in a long-lasting relationship and every time you have to say goodbye seems hard, the key word for making love stay is to spend more time with your spouse, rather than at work, and start having fun together. Although there are many things you can do if you decide to stay indoors, there are many more ways to have fun if you decide to go out. Because, even if you are not the outdoors type, sometimes you just need to go out.

The Classic way: The classic way to have fun with your boyfriend if you decide to go out is to go for a hot cup of coffee to that cozy cafe on the corner, or somewhere you've never been before. If you'd like to combine chatting with a good meal, choose a restaurant where you could taste different ethnic cuisines. You should also experience the night-life of your town once in a while. Dance the night away in a club, or enjoy your drink while listening to your favorite music in a bar!

The Cinematic way: Go to the movies at least once a month. There are always new movies out that will let you share a good laugh, or give you new things to talk about. Invigoration is the source of a good relationship! Besides the movie theater, you could join cinema festivals and watch all the premieres, or you can sign up for a club where you can study the art of cinema and even make your own amateur movie! (Not THAT kind of amateur movie! That's in a different article!)

The Activist way: Are you one of those couples that spend lot of time sitting on your couch and complaining about all those things that are wrong in this world while watching TV's about to change that! Volunteer for a non-profit organization. There are hundreds of ways to help out. There are lots of local and international volunteer organizations and programs you've probably haven't heard of, although they are pretty easy to be found with a bit of research in the web. So, don't waste any more time in these cases, every minute counts!

The Romantic way: Everyday routine and stress will eventually spoil your relationship. Sometimes even flowers aren't enough to make you love him as strong as the first days. Add some romance in your relationship. Go for a ride in the car and don't stop till you find a place where buildings can't obstruct the view of the sky and city lights can't outshine the stars. Another idea is to spend a night on the beach; just you and him, sitting around the fire and drinking wine.

The Artistic way: There are so many events going on in your town that even if you'd like to catch them all, you wouldn't have the time! Instead of reading reviews about exhibitions, find out where the next comic festival, book presentation, music concert or poetry reading is gonna be!

The Travelers' way: Want to combine fun with exploring new lands and meeting new people? It's recommended to go on a trip at least one a year. Let this trip be a road trip! As soon as you wake up in the morning, make your suitcases (remember to take as less things with you as possible) and get in the car. It's better if you don't have a plan because then it will be a true adventure! Hit the road -you two- and don't you came back for a week or two!

The Childish way: Who said that amusement parks are just for kinds? And who said that adults can't act like kids every so often? When it comes to games, choices are endless. Here are just some of the games you must try with your spouse: Paintball: point his smiley face with your paintball gun and fire! It's not just a battle, is the battle of sexes that is at stake here! Tie together, count to five and jump! If you are a fan of extreme sports, Bungee jumping will set you free!

The Gamers' way: If you prefer something less crazy like video games, on-line games, role playing games or card games, don't just stay at home playing against each other. There many challenge matches and tournaments that takes place every so in net cafes, hotels and special bookstores. Join in now! Even old-fashioned arcade games are great. Battle it out with a round of Pac-Man!

The Nerdy way: Get informed together! Go to the museums and learn about history. If you haven't done it yet, go sightseeing! See the major monuments, buildings and sights of your town; they are definitely not only for tourists' plus, it's the best way you get to know the place you live. You can also join many open conferences with a variety of interesting subjects. Just choose those that interest you the most!

The Outlaw way: That's only if you want to act crazy! If you want to add a dose of adrenaline to your relationship, do something that needs all your attention in order to not get caught. Do something crazy for a good cause, like free a dog from the dog catcher without being noticed and take it home; or sneak into the kitchen of an expensive restaurant and free the lobster just before it becomes some rich guy's food. If you want to have fun and to pass your message to society (taking the risk to spend a night in jail) draw graffiti together on the wall of an old building, or spray an abandoned car. I suggest you try more than one of the above ways if you want to have fun with your boyfriend. Variety is the key word to keep your relationship alive. After all, variety is the source of joy, the very spice of life.

What Makes a Great Bar?

1. Great bars in bad locations are never ideal. While you may like to spend most of your evening in one place, chances are you'll fancy a change of scenery after a couple of hours. Knowing there are other good bars within walking distance is always a bonus.

2. Part of being in a good location also means that it's well connected by public transport. Or, at the very least, that you're a short and inexpensive taxi ride away.

3. Every great bar has a great atmosphere, which means a good number of people but not so many that you can't breathe. Music may be a plus, but only if it's not too loud.

4. Which leads me onto this - you want to be able to hear what your friends are saying without them needing to shout.

5. For many people, this one won't be much of an issue, but for others a great bar has plenty of seating areas. Booths are especially good for small groups of friends.

6. Getting served can be tricky in some bars, so a healthy number of waiting staff are always important.

7. Trained bar staff are even more important. Being able to spot which customer is next is a dying art, but the better bar staff are excellent at it and it reflects positively on the bar itself.

8. When it comes to buying drinks, reasonable prices will always win out. While some people are happy to pay a higher price in better bars, I would argue that part of being a truly great bar is charging fair prices for your drinks.

9. As well as the drinks being reasonably priced, a top bar will have a wide selection of beverages to choose from.

10. There's nothing more off putting in a bar than if it's too warm or too cold, so a normal room temperature is a must.

So, now you know what makes a great bar, it's time to search for them.

Okay, so I've worked in bars in the past, as a waitress and a bartender. I've heard some pretty funny pickup lines. I'll never forget when I was 18 and an older guy asked me "What's your Sign?" Of course, I immediately replied, "How about...STOP"
